great apartment, awesome service

big space attentive staff helpful service clean room

the apartment have big spaces. the room we got was a beautiful studio sea view private beach access. bimila and ashu made sure everything was always clean. thomas help with transportation, he was a great help.

the pool feel very cold. i wish the hotel had a heated pool for the childrens.

amazing service high standard special touch limited time hourly fee empty club

the house staff, rahman and sadab, provided amazing service in our apartment. they cleaned to a high standard. they even decorated our room with towels and petals on my mother's birthday. it felt special.

the kids' club seemed empty. we were only allowed two hours per day, though. the club looked open most of the day, so this rule felt odd. my child wanted to play longer, but extra time required an hourly fee.

the staff here is very attentive. arul, the chef, prepared our favorite dishes. thomas, the front desk security guard, was always cheerful. ramjan khan from housekeeping helped us often .

the gym equipment is somewhat limited. i noticed it only has two treadmills.

friendly receptionist efficient bell man clean room

The receptionist Fatima was friendly and helpful. Surendra, the bell man, offered assistance with our luggage. He was very efficient. Our room was very clean. The housekeeping staff maintained it well throughout my stay.

The gym equipment seemed a little dated.

The apartment offered very spacious space. cleanliness was excellent throughout my stay. the staff was really nice. They ensured a perfect experience for me.

the hotel parking was sometimes difficult after 23:00 because of limited spaces.
